Due to logistics matters, the tour must start punctually. Delays will not be tolerated; they will be considered a non-refundable no show.
2. A minimum number of participants are required for this activity to take place. In case of not reaching the minimum of participants, tour will be rescheduled.
3. Minimum age allowed is 16 years old and at least 1,50m tall. Child seats are available for your bike for children under 20kg (44 lb).
4. Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
5. The maximum weight allowed per eBike is 130kg (286,50 pounds), in case of exceeding it, you won't be allowed to join the activity.
